2012 Toronto Super Show update

Please be advised that the dates for the Toronto Super Show have been changed so that all lifting, both equipped and classic will take place on Saturday June 2.  Weigh in is 9:00 am and lifting will start at 11:00.  These times are tentative and subject to change.

If you haven't considered participating in this meet, please think about it.  It is an excellent opportunity to showcase our sport and compete alongside a number of strength athletes.  Nothing compares to the excitement of watching our sport through the eyes of people who are seeing it for the first time.  I will forever remember the sight of a couple of young boys watch with huge eyes as one of our men warmed up for squats.
