Saturday, March 3 was the Kitchener Waterloo Regional Highschool meet at Bluevale Collegiate in Waterloo. It was a very full day with 34 competitors in 4 separate flights. Many records were set during the day. Best lifter female went to Kayla Welch of St. Davids and best lifter male went to Ben Meyer of Waterloo Oxford. Best team went to the perennial winner Bluevale but were closely followed by Waterloo Oxford.
