- Men must have brief style underwear or athletic supporters. Boxer style underwear will not be accepted.
- Important: If you are planning to compete ‘Classic’ or ‘Raw’, equipment is restricted to: shoes, socks, under-garments, non-supportive singlet, T-shirt, wrist-wraps, neoprene knee-sleeves and belt.
- Elastics for wraps

- Baby powder
- Towels
- Pens / paper /calculator / clipboard
- Watch
- Scissors

Please plan your attempts in advance and be ready to submit your opening attempts at weigh in. Attempts must be submitted in kilograms not pounds.
